Chorizo in Cider Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 chorizo sausages (uncooked)
- 300ml cider
Instructions
- Place the whole chorizo sausages in a cooking pan and pour over the
cider. - Cook over a fairly high heat until the cider reduces and starts
to turn into a syrup-like texture. - Cut the chorizo into bite-size pieces and place in a serving dish.
- Finally, drizzle over the reduced cider and serve while still hot.
